Discover Freediving
The Discover Freediving course is a half day course that covers the basics of freediving and provides a good introduction for you to begin your journey into the depths. The course begins with a short theory about the origins and physiology of freediving, followed by breathing and stretching techniques, and finally an open water session to practice some basic freediving skills. The max depth we will explore for this course is 10 meters. If enjoyed, it is recommended to enroll in a Molchanov Wave 1 course after completion of the Discover Freediving course. This course includes a $100 CAD discount for the Level 1 Freediver course.

Level 1 Freediver
The Level 1 Freediver Course is a 2-day long course with an official Freediving Certification provided upon completion, which will allow you to freedive with other freediving centres internationally. The course is challenging, but very in-depth, and it will teach you how to become an autonomous freediver that can dive comfortably and safely. The course will be broken down into 2 knowledge reviews (theory sessions) and 2 water sessions, covering static breath holds, depth dives, and dynamic (horizontal) dives. Upon registration into this course, you will be given a registered account with the Molchanov Dashboard where you will have access to your course manual, other freediving literature, and training guides. The course offers one free coaching session after completion.

Level 2 Freediver
The Level 2 Freediver Course is a 3-day long course with an official Advanced Freediving Certification provided upon completion, which will allow you to take your freediving skills to a much more comfortable level and explore more depth safely. The course will cover deep diving and more advanced equalization techniques to help with efficiency on your descent. As well, in this course you will learn how to effectively freedive with no fins, practice deeper rescues of another freediver, and improve your safety diver skills and safety depths. The course will be broken down into 2 knowledge review sessions, 2 water sessions, and 1 pool (or confined water) session. ​

Personal Coaching
Personal coaching sessions are tailored to your needs and your current skill level. Together, we can work to improve your freediving skills such as: depth, technique, breath hold time, hangs, and dynamic pool training. Personal coaching also offers dry clinics which include a meditation practice, lung stretching, and COâ‚‚ tolerance training. When done properly, effective dry training can be just as beneficial, if not more, to improve your breath hold times.
